Job Title: Head of Industry Regulations and Reward

At Oakleaf Partnership, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our UK Reward and Workforce Relations team. As Head of Industry Regulations and Reward, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward and workforce relations strategy that supports our Group People Plan and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a reward and workforce relations strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the Group People Plan.
  • Lead the UK Reward and Workforce Relations team to achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage union relationships for the UK, including negotiations, consultations, and communications to all UK forums.
  • Owning the Total reward proposition for all UK employees.
  • Lead the annual pay review cycle, including bonus plans, pay gap reporting, salary surveys, and benchmarking.
  • Lead the benefits annual cycle, including flexible benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing reward, benefit, and workplace relations strategies with a deep understanding of technical expertise and legislative impacts.
  • Experience in managing HR policy changes and leading large teams.
  • Experience in leading union negotiations and developing strong relationships with union representatives.
