Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Daventry. As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals to our high standards, working closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our menu specifications, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and allergens.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at pace with limited supervision.
