As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key part in managing the daily operations of our restaurant, collaborating closely with senior management and team members to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, communicating effectively with the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to uphold the highest standards of service quality and consistency.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team to align on objectives and expectations.
  • Implement strategies to enhance staff retention and development.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant or F&B Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • Demonstrated passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • Understanding of current market trends and awareness of potential competitors.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of service delivery.
