To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
