Sales and Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Motherwell office location. As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotes for a wide range of products and services, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotes for a wide range of products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A proactive and motivated approach to sales and customer service.
