As a Senior Director in our Water Sector team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of critical UK infrastructure. With a strong focus on business development and water engineering, you will lead teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge in water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply and collection systems, and familiarity with current UK design standards and working practices. You will be responsible for managing time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, while growing, developing, and managing water engineering capability within the practice.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a default 25-days leave each year and bank holidays. We also provide flexible working arrangements and are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community.

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in leading teams and delivering integrated design solutions.
