Job Description:

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in Bromsgrove.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in an accounts or finance administration role and possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Duties:
  • Raising orders and invoices
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Handling employee expenses and ensuring proper record keeping
  • Responding to queries from suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for financial documents
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum
