This exciting opportunity is for a Product Development Manager to join our client's team in the coatings industry. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for developing new products and processes that meet customer demands and business priorities. Your strong technical background and leadership skills will enable you to drive innovation and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new product lines, including paints, inks, and coatings, based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to design and conduct experiments, and analyze results to inform product development decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current and future legislation and ensure compliance in the laboratory.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a degree-level qualification and several years' experience in the coatings industry. You will have a proven track record in product development, formulation, and testing, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience with paint and ink formulations is essential, along with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
