Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory workload, leading a team of laboratory staff, conducting practical laboratory work, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A key aspect of the role is developing new products to meet customer needs while maintaining health and safety standards in the laboratory.
Requirements:
A degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or materials science, and several years' experience in paint and coatings technology are essential. The company offers training and support for the right candidate.
