**Job Title:** Experienced SEN School Administrator

**Location:** Burton on Trent, Staffordshire

**Salary:** £93 per day (Temp-Perm or Permanent)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN TA who has a strong background in assisting children with special educational needs. As a dedicated member of our team, you will provide tailored support and assistance to a KS3 pupil.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support and create a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with the SENCO, classroom Teacher, and designated healthcare professionals to ensure an inclusive learning plan
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3 years of experience working within a similar environment and providing personal care
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • A patient, empathetic yet resilient approach to caring for children with special needs
