Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN support professionals to work with children who require extra help across Burton and surrounding areas. If you have a passion for working with pupils who need additional support, we invite you to apply.

About the Role
  • Support pupils in class, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour-based instruction.
  • FOLLOW CHILDREN'S SPECIALISED SUPPORT PLANS TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
  • Assist teachers with marking and delivering lessons.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Childhood Studies or TA course).
  • Previous experience in a SEN setting.
  • Additional SEN Training certificates (such as MAPA, Makaton, Team Teach).
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with special needs.
