About The Role

We are looking for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Burton-upon-Trent. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a supportive learning environment for students with SEN.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in a one-on-one or small group setting.
  • Contribute to the development of learning plans that address students' unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
