">We are a leading education provider seeking dedicated graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or Education Studies to join our team as Learning Support Assistants (LSA).
This role is perfect for graduates looking to develop their skills and knowledge in supporting SEN children. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with students, addressing their mental health and learning challenges, while enhancing your expertise in the process.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Establish strong relationships with students using a supportive approach.
- Assist in promoting the value of education to students.
- Provide one-to-one support to students requiring additional help.
- Hold a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for working with children with special educational needs.
- Be committed to developing an understanding of the challenges faced by young people with mental health and trauma issues.
- Hold a Clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/ Child and Adult Workforce) registered to the Update Service.
- Benefit from comprehensive training and support provided by the school.
Compensation: £85 per year
