About the Role
  • Provide individualised support to pupils in classrooms and small groups.
  • Develop and implement Behaviour-Based Instruction.
  • FOLLOW SPECIALISED SUPPORT PLANS TO ENSURE PUPILS REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in childhood studies or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a SEN environment.
  • Training in SEN methods (MAPA, Makaton, Team Teach).
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with special needs.
