Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Audit Manager to join our team at Rullion Limited. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the audit programme, driving business improvement and promoting a proactive culture for assurance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the delivery of the UKAEA's strategic goals by utilising a collaborative approach with key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Group Head of Internal Audit and the Group Systems Audit Manager to develop the combined audit programme, co-ordinate management systems and internal audit resources, and ensure appropriate competencies are maintained against an appropriate training matrix.

You will also liaise with the Head of Profession Quality to support maintenance of the site certification against ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, and collaborate with the Quality Manager and Head of Profession Quality to drive continuous improvement of the UKAEA Management System using feedback from the system audit programme.

In this role, you will act and deputise the Group Systems Audit Manager when necessary, plan, conduct and deliver audit assignments as required, administer the quality of audit information added to QPulse, manage the QPulse action tracking software, and prepare and validate audit dashboards for presentation at various governance boards.

Requirements
  • Degree or higher degree.
  • Highly developed organisational awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data analysis skills and highly IT numerate.
  • Internal auditor qualification or working towards.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint.
  • Power Platform experience desirable.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
