Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the performance advertising landscape and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a commercial proposition strategy that meets business objectives
  • Leading the development of key value propositions and messaging that resonates with customers and drives business results
  • Working closely with retail and product teams to assemble a product portfolio and roadmap that appeals to performance budgets and is valuable, differentiated, and substantiated
  • Representing our performance advertising proposition externally and guiding product marketing in their representation of our capabilities

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial proposition development and execution. If you have a background in CPG sales or e-commerce, or a performance advertising agency, and in-depth experience in the digital advertising and retail media environment, we'd love to hear from you.
