Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, working closely with our Managed Services Support Consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level advisory and consultative support to our clients on SAP SD-related matters.
  • Analyze and configure solutions to meet client needs, working closely with our Functional and Development Consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Perform peer reviews of proposed and delivered solutions to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide estimates and communicate deliverable status to stakeholders.
  • Test and document new solutions prior to assigning them to clients for end-user testing.
  • Understand business processes and arrange your tasks and workload accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP ECC and S4.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) with specific knowledge in Rebates and Condition Contracts, Inter-company process, Pricing, Advanced ATP and backorder processing, International Trade, and Plants abroad.
  • Cross-functional knowledge across FICO/MM/PP/WM.
  • Functional understanding of sales-related IDocs and setup.
  • Excellent design, configuration, and testing skills for specific core functional modules.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Documentation skills, including functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Ability to work within a remote consulting support team for contracted customers using NTT DATA's service management systems and processes.
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with functional and customer teams.
  • Track record of full project lifecycle and development activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly.
  • Project-related activities, such as data migration, user support, and end-user training.
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on unknown SAP processes.
  • Ability to act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide end-to-end business solutions.
  • Proven experience in a combined customer service handling/functional support role.
  • Ensure consistent high-level customer satisfaction with quality solutions/services.
