About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Billing & Invoicing team at SD Worx. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the billing and invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer invoices, and maximizing billed revenue within internal controls and company strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the billing and invoicing team to complete customer invoicing process in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure billed revenue is maximized and within the parameters of internal controls and the Company's strategic goals with 100% compliance
  • Proven expertise in a billing and invoicing environment
  • Experience leading/managing a team is beneficial
  • Ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Affinity for systems and processes, experience with SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of indirect tax (VAT) is a plus
What You'll Do
  • Team throughout monthly and annual processes
  • Oversee transition of work of current billing and invoicing role for Ireland
  • Get acquainted to current local systems & Execute billing and invoicing
  • Contact with business (customer delivery) to discuss input for billing
