Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing Master Data Consultant to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management Capability, you will work on delivering innovative projects to our clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional consulting within SAP S4/HANA PP/Manufacturing projects, utilizing your expertise to shape and deliver solutions for our clients.
  • Lead a team of experts in solving complex problems and providing solutions for large corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile, and distributed teams.
  • Develop thought leadership skills to provide expertise to our clients and internal customers on available solutions within the SAP portfolio and supporting products.
  • Manage and develop your career through training, networking, and contributing to the practice and wider group growth and objectives.
  • Deliver full project life cycle delivery as a SAP S/4 HANA PP/Manufacturing Consultant, including identifying customer requirements, delivering high-quality SAP solutions, and mastering your functional knowledge to deliver the best solutions and project results.
Requirements
  • Senior consulting role across multiple full-cycle projects in SAP S4/HANA or ECC working in PP/Manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing a team in client-facing projects.
  • Responsible for deliverables within client-facing projects and delivering results.
  • Advocate of best practice design principles and advisory focus, with the ability to provide solutions for business requirements.
  • Passion for working with clients to advise them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end design and implementation programs with SAP.
  • Awareness of various project lifecycle tools such as Atlassian JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Signavio.
  • Knowledge of Order Execution, Production Planning, Integration with MES, Integration with external planning systems, Integration with Shop Floor Control systems.
  • S4/HANA Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning, including Demand Management and Long-Term Planning.
  • Business Process Knowledge related to Planning Strategies (e.g. Make to Stock, Make to Order, Planning with Final Assembly).
  • Integration of Production Planning with FI, CO, SD, MM, PM.
  • Proficiency and hands-on configuration experience in PP/Manufacturing Master Data, with the ability to lead your area and provide solutions for clients dealing with Production Master Data, BOM Integration with PLM systems, Document and Drawing Management (CAD implications), Sensitive Data handling, and SAP Production Planning Organization structure.
Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. You must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
