SAP Data Management and Migration Lead

KPMG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Data Management and Migration Senior Manager to join our growing team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of data management and migration solutions within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex data challenges and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive data management strategies for SAP S/4HANA implementations, encompassing master data governance, data quality assurance, and data migration processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on the implementation of SAP Master Data Management solutions for core business objects, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data load and migration processes utilizing tools such as LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and implement data governance frameworks that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of SAP Datasphere and its integration with BI tools to provide innovative solutions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis activities using SAP Signavio to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within the SAP Data Management domain and supporting pre-sales activities such as RFP responses and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA data management and migration transformation programs.
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA system design, build, and deployment, with a strong understanding of core business processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in S/4HANA configuration and best practices, coupled with detailed knowledge of SAP data models and structures.
  • Experience in facilitating design workshops and translating business requirements into technical designs.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team building skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
