Hobs Reprographics is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses. We are seeking an experienced Sales and Growth Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering results-driven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities
  • Foster and develop existing relationships through strong account management
  • Present our services and solutions as necessary
  • Maintain excellent internal and external relationships
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our services and solutions
  • Develop business strategies to expand our services in the UK
  • Support senior management and wider Hobs group
  • Strong reporting and communication both internal and external

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sourcing and winning new business
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Consultative approach to new business development
  • Understanding of GP and margins
  • Experience of producing quotes
  • Ability to take and understand a brief in all formats
  • Clear communicator with both customer and production team
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Financial or Professional services

Salary: £25 - £35K + Car Allowance + Commission
