Role

As a key member of the Multi-Cultural Family Base Early Years Service, you will be responsible for supporting the management of wellbeing and protection concerns in schools, and any subsequent investigations and disciplinary hearings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop resources, including practice guidance, tools, and templates, that support case management of wellbeing and protection concerns.
  • Build the knowledge, skills, and confidence of staff and volunteers through training, mentoring, and directed learning.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the effective management of wellbeing and protection concerns.
  • Developing and delivering resources to support case management.
  • Mentoring and training staff and volunteers.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing and protection of children and young people, and has a strong commitment to collaboration and partnership working.

Qualifications

A professional qualification and/or relevant experience from an appropriate sector, such as social work, law, human resources, sports governance, or volunteer management, are highly desirable.

Base

You will work flexibly, in a hybrid approach, with a requirement to attend our offices, or those of our partners, for meetings and work as agreed with your line manager.

Hours

This is a full-time post of 35 hours per week, funded initially until June 2025, with funding anticipated to be extended to June 2027.
