We are seeking an experienced Document Coordinator to join our Central Region team. As a Document Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our project's document management system.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the project's documents, including uploading/downloading project drawings, maintaining RFI and CVI registers, and keeping up-to-date hard copies of all project drawings. You will also act as the main point of contact for support and coaching of project users, including third parties such as client teams, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with the project team to ensure that all documentation and drawings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You will also maintain the project's document control procedures and ensure that all project documents are properly stored and retrieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project's documents, including uploading/downloading project drawings.
  • Maintain RFI and CVI registers and keep up-to-date hard copies of all project drawings.
  • Act as main point of contact for support and coaching of project users.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 25 days holiday (increases with length of service), holiday purchase scheme, gym subsidy, and BAM social club membership.
