Job Description

CV Library is hiring an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Document Management to join our team in the Central Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project staff absence spreadsheets and site shared calendars, transferring emails from the project mailbox to Livelink or Source, and collaborating in compiling site information and various reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload environmental information onto BAM Smart (Muck away tickets, skip tickets, oil tickets, timber tickets, toolbox talks, meter readings, PMP & Resource management plan, Shred-it totals).
  • Update information on BAM internal data management systems (Source, Flow, PMP App, ACC).
  • Transfer emails from the project mailbox to Livelink or Source.

Requirements:
  • Negotiable salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
  • Necessary experience in electronic document management systems like Autodesk ACC or BIM 360.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to work collaboratively, flexibly, and effectively within a team environment.
