KPI:Health, a clinical service provider to the NHS and Private sectors, is seeking an experienced Administrator to support multiple business functions with administrative workload.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across various departments, including Commercial Development, Senior Management & Directors, Contracts and legal, Systems, Service delivery, and People.

This role involves coordinating tasks such as contract template completion, meeting minutes, collating contracts, inventory logging, and providing statistics to internal leadership.

Requirements:
  • Awareness of colleagues' needs and ability to work collaboratively
  • Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to present to a senior audience
Key Skills:
  • MS Office systems
  • An openness to reviewing and trialling new systems or apps to streamline workflow

The company offers a salary between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, based on experience, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, in Central Milton Keynes.
