Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our Purchasing and Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, monitoring delivery and shipping information, and ensuring accurate documentation before dispatch.

The Role:
- Process and place purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- Monitor delivery and shipping information to ensure timely arrival
- Verify accuracy of shipping documentation before dispatch
- Update order status on internal and suppliers' systems
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, dates, and other important data
- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department
- Communicate with suppliers and other departments effectively
Requirements:
- Previous office experience, preferably in an administrative role
- Good experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload effectively
- Accurate and methodical approach to tasks
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
