Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our Purchasing and Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, monitoring delivery and shipping information, and ensuring accurate documentation before dispatch.

The Role:

  1. Process and place purchase orders efficiently and accurately
  2. Monitor delivery and shipping information to ensure timely arrival
  3. Verify accuracy of shipping documentation before dispatch
  4. Update order status on internal and suppliers' systems
  5. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, dates, and other important data
  6. Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department
  7. Communicate with suppliers and other departments effectively

Requirements:

  1. Previous office experience, preferably in an administrative role
  2. Good experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills
  4. Able to prioritise workload effectively
  5. Accurate and methodical approach to tasks

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
