Job Summary

Pembrokeshire County Council is looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Play and Learning Lead. This position involves leading play-based sessions for young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in two clubs in Pembrokeshire, promoting social and emotional learning and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages young people to explore, learn, and grow. A strong understanding of ALN and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.

The estimated salary range for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive training package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
