Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Transformation Officer for Learning Disabilities to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the UHB and partner organisations to drive forward delivery, improvements, and transformation of services that support people with learning disabilities.



Main Responsibilities


The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships across the health directorates that support people with learning disabilities, ensuring that planning processes reflect the priorities and needs of the population.



Key Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A good knowledge of the NHS and local authority priorities in the area of Learning Disabilities
  • A proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale projects, including ability to lead, manage, and implement complex change
  • Partnership working and stakeholder management acquired through training and experience over an extended period


Salary Information


We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
