Learning Disability Day Service Lead

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Learning Disability Day Service Lead, responsible for managing a designated area of the day service.
About the JobYou will work closely with the day service manager to develop and implement strategies that promote person-centred care, enhance service quality, and drive positive outcomes for service users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Service Improvement: Collaborate with the day service manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance service delivery and user experience.
- Talent Management: Supervise and develop members of the day service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments for day service activities and contribute to the development of robust risk management strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to the day-to-day running of the day service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- A minimum of 50 words summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a day service for adults with learning disabilities, promoting person-centred care and driving service excellence.
- Salary: £43,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
