Job SummaryAs a Care Assistant at Bridge House Care Home, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our residents. Your warm and supportive nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, eating, and visiting the bathroom
- Support residents with mobility and daily living tasks
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Monitor residents' physical and mental well-being and report any concerns to the care team
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, caring, and able to work as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our residents and their families. Full training will be provided, but you will need to be alert and attentive at all times to ensure the well-being of our residents.
