About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team at Petypher House Extra Care Scheme in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Support residents with physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
