About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Operations Assistant at Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, pool testing, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Process new member sign-ups and maintain accurate records.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
