About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leadership Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation and driving our mission to promote inclusive arts opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business and operational management within the cultural or voluntary sector, with experience in fundraising, financial management, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Creative Director, Trustees, and staff team to ensure the organisation realises its vision of ensuring everyone has equal access to arts, culture, and creativity.

About the Organisation

We are a National Portfolio Organisation with Arts Council England and part of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Culture Portfolio. Our team is small, and all members play an active part in the life of the company. We share tasks and responsibilities in running the company, from housekeeping to strategic planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial strategy, fundraising, operations, human resources, policies, and procedures, and will work closely with the team to ensure the organisation's vision is realised.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,560 per annum, a 7.5% employer pension contribution, and 30 days holiday plus public holidays. The successful candidate will also be offered the post subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
