About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record of sales success. You'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of business development managers to maximize commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead a team of business development managers to achieve commercial goals
- Collaborate with operational leaders and internal stakeholders to design and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Manage the UK sales funnel and pipeline to ensure commercial success
- Senior-level management and leadership experience in a contract logistics/supply chain environment
- Track record of delivering commercial success in a multi-national environment with a turnover of over $100m
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels
