About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a supportive environment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a reception role, be IT literate, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be friendly, welcoming, and able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and assistance with their queries. You will also be responsible for managing emails, faxes, and other administrative tasks, such as filing, word processing, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage emails, faxes, and other correspondence.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, word processing, and data entry.
  • Assist with maintaining databases and photocopying documents.

Shifts: 08:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 20:00pm (flexible shifts, including weekends). Salary: £12-15 per hour.
