We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a Band 2 - Band 4 level position, with a competitive salary of £11.45 - £12.86 per hour, plus enhanced rates for overtime and weekends. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an enhanced holiday package of up to 37 days per year, including public holidays.

  • Managing correspondence and appointment schedules effectively, ensuring patient needs are prioritized">
  • Providing administrative support to senior medical management teams, including filing, processing mail, and photocopying">
  • Engaging with clinical and management teams, multi-tasking in fast-paced hospital, ward, patient-facing & back-office departments">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months relevant experience within an Administration or Clerical capacity">
  • Effective communication, strong organizational & time management skills, and proficiency in MS Office">
  • Patient-focused approach, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to support and encourage coworkers">
