Job Description: Office Coordinator Professional
Brook Street is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Professional to join our team in Derry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional administrative skills and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and maintaining efficient office systems and procedures.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to queries.
- Preparing and distributing departmental reports and policies.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent qualification, or at least two years of administrative experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday Schedule: Work from 9 AM to 5 PM.
