JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, empowering individuals to shape a brighter future. We're seeking a high-energy, proactive Senior Pursuit & Proposal Manager to join our EMEA Pursuit & Proposal team, supporting the business in crafting strategic responses for high-profile pursuits and business development collateral.

This role will be based in London and will work closely with business development teams across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region as well as internationally. As a Senior Pursuit & Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing bid strategies and identifying win themes
  • Championing proposal best practice and developing a bid programme
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and seeking to positively differentiate the bid offer
  • Ensuring alignment to internal processes and obtaining approvals in a timely manner
  • Submitting consistently high-quality, customer-focused tender responses within allocated time frames
  • Coordinating internal and independent reviews in line with the bid programme
  • Monitoring continuous improvement and development opportunities
  • Working with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of tender responses/presentations
  • Supporting global sales enablement programmes to enhance sales productivity

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, preferably with a degree or professional qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management
  • An in-depth understanding of the end-to-end tendering process and associated activities
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly at a senior level
  • A proven track record of success
  • Unyielding attention to detail, resulting in zero errors/defects
