JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pursuit & Proposal Manager to join our EMEA Pursuit & Proposal team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in crafting strategic responses for high-profile pursuits and business development collateral.

This is a high-performance role that requires a high-energy, proactive individual who can work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for creating bid strategies, identifying and capturing win themes, championing proposal best practice, and developing a bid programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and capture win themes
  • Champion proposal best practice and ensure alignment to internal processes
  • Develop and manage bid programmes, including resource allocation and timelines
  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to inform bid strategies
  • Ensure high-quality, customer-focused tender responses are submitted within allocated timeframes
  • Coordinate internal and external reviews to ensure bid quality and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background and professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management
  • Proven track record of success in bid management and business development
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
