Job Summary:

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pursuit & Proposal Manager to join our EMEA Pursuit & Proposal team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in crafting strategic responses for high-profile pursuits and business development collateral.

About the Role:

  • Create comprehensive bid strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Identify and develop win themes that differentiate our proposals from the competition.
  • Champion proposal best practices and ensure consistency across all bid responses.
  • Develop and manage bid programs, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to positively differentiate our bid offers.
  • Ensure alignment with internal processes and obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner.
  • Submit high-quality, customer-focused tender responses within allocated timeframes.
  • Coordinate internal and external reviews to ensure bid responses meet the highest standards.
  • Monitor and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance our bid management processes.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of our tender responses and presentations.
  • Work with our knowledge management team to maintain our bid library and other relevant business development collateral.
  • Support global sales enablement programs to enhance sales productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background, preferably with a degree or professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end tendering process and associated activities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at a senior level.
  • Unyielding attention to detail, with a focus on delivering zero errors or defects.
