About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pursuit Manager to join our Sales and Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-class pursuit support to our UK team, working on both public and private sector opportunities for major clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop early win strategies and client-centric proposals for various opportunities
  • Work closely with Business Development and Pursuits Lead to build relationships with senior stakeholders and understand pipeline priorities
  • Prepare and lead client research and strategy workshops, including competitor analysis and solution development
  • Assess and qualify client opportunities, leading go/no-go conversations
  • Collaborate with the client markets group to create a seamless solution for clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop a strong understanding of JLL's solutions and how they meet client objectives
  • Lead the production of written and creative pursuits documents to create compelling proposals
  • Present insights and data at board level
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large/strategic pursuits, implementing the full bid process
  • Ability to utilize data and insights to track performance and advise on improvement strategies
  • Problem-solving skills, identifying and understanding key client issues and developing innovative solutions
  • Persuasive writing and presentation skills, with experience of coaching for pitches/interviews
  • Experience of working in collaboration with designers to create client-centric documents and presentations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and mentor junior colleagues
