The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pursuits Manager to provide first-class pursuit support to our UK team, focusing on public and private sector opportunities for major clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop early win strategies, proposals, and pitch presentations for various opportunities.
  2. Monitor pursuit processes, performance, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Development and Pursuits Lead to build relationships with senior stakeholders and understand client priorities.
  4. Prepare and lead client research and strategy workshops, including client analysis, solution development, and value proposition.
  5. Assess and qualify client opportunities, leading go/no-go conversations.
  6. Work with the client markets group to create a seamless solution for clients throughout the sales cycle.
  7. Develop a strong understanding of solutions offered, how they meet client objectives, and consider JLL's wider services.
  8. Lead the production of written and creative pursuits documents to create client-centric and compelling proposals.
  9. Co-ordinate input and content from subject matter experts, challenging them to ensure client-centric and benefit-led content.
  10. Prepare and coach SMEs for pitches and interviews.
  11. Present insights, data, and outcomes at board level.
  12. Contribute to bid libraries and collateral development.
  13. Collaborate with the Sales and BD team on ongoing initiatives and training programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Leading and managing large strategic pursuits, implementing the full bid process.
  • Utilizing data and insights to track performance and advise on improvement strategies.
  • Problem-solving, identifying and understanding key client issues, and developing innovative solutions.
  • Persuasive writing, producing presentations, and coaching for pitches/interviews.
  • Experience working in collaboration with designers to create client-centric documents and presentations.
  • Working on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Mentoring more junior colleagues.
  • Professional services or real estate preferred.
  • Using CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
