Audit Pursuit Role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our audit pursuits, driving business growth and building trust with our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing pursuit strategies, building relationships with lead audit partners, and coaching teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pursuit strategies to win new business and retain existing clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with lead audit partners, providing coaching and support as needed
  • Coach teams to develop compelling messaging, relationships, and pricing strategies
  • Develop creative and compelling communications, including value propositions, presentations, and executive summaries
  • Understand and educate teams on what good looks like in pursuit skills and strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in influencing others in decision-making, from a pursuit/sales background or other fields
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate teams
  • Proactive nature, initiative, and open-minded approach
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and develop working relationships with senior colleagues
  • Talent for storytelling, persuasion, and communications, with the ability to apply it in written, verbal, and visual formats
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and approaches
  • Curiosity and interest in new ways of reaching clients and building trust
