Job Summary

As a Strategic Telecoms Consultant at Turner & Townsend, you will provide expert guidance and leadership to our clients in the Telecoms sector. Your role will involve reviewing contractual requirements, undertaking performance health checks, and evaluating overall performance to ensure compliance with industry legislation and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contractual requirements and industry legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Undertake performance health checks and advise on status and improvements.
  • Evaluate overall performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Monitor and review client, shareholder, and T&T policies and management systems.
  • Advise on and recommend objectives and performance measures to maintain technical knowledge and standards.
  • Regularly evaluate business procedures and apply improvements in conjunction with Business Unit Leads.
  • Support projects and initiatives relating to increasing wellbeing and working arrangements.
  • Monitor changes to legislation and best practice/industry guidance and disseminate relevant information.
  • Monitor organisational training and development needs to ensure T&T and client contractual requirements are met.
  • Work in partnership with senior managers to empower them to meet their responsibilities and ensure continual improvement.
  • Establish systems for measurement, monitoring, analysis, and review of performance.
  • Make provisions for leading and reporting on investigations of serious health and safety incidents.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Expert knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines related to job function.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
