This role requires strong client engagement, fostering trusted relationships, and advancing the Telecom Application Service strategy while addressing both business and operational challenges in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed on the latest in telecommunications and IT industry best practices, technologies, and emerging trends.
- Provide architectural consulting for major telecom transformation programs, projects, and initiatives.

Domain Skills Requirement:
- BSS Expertise: Experience in Retail, Enterprise, and Wholesale Lines of Business for Sales & CRM, CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and more.
- OSS Expertise: Experience in Wired and Wireless Lines of Business for Service Catalog, Order Orchestration, Inventory Management, Network Planning, Fault Management, and Automation.
Certification Requirements:
- TOGAF, Zachman (Any one)
- TM Forum Certification
- ITIL Certification
