Telecom Enterprise Architect

As a Telecom Enterprise Architect at JSS Associates, you will play a critical role in addressing client business challenges by delivering tailored telecom application solutions. Your responsibilities will focus on aligning key business initiatives with comprehensive architectural strategies, driving innovation, and leading technical thought leadership in the telecom domain.
You will collaborate with senior executives to develop and deliver Business IT transformation blueprints, provide consulting on architectural practices, and guide transformation programs for telecom businesses.
This role requires strong client engagement, fostering trusted relationships, and advancing the Telecom Application Service strategy while addressing both business and operational challenges in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed on the latest in telecommunications and IT industry best practices, technologies, and emerging trends.
- Provide architectural consulting for major telecom transformation programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Translate client business requirements into structured, comprehensive telecom solutions and architectures.
- Develop and deliver Business IT transformation blueprints specific to the telecom sector.
- Assess client business strategies, define capability requirements, develop logical architectures, and create tactical and strategic roadmap plans.
- Contribute to evolving architectural frameworks and methodologies and promote their adoption across relevant groups.
- Deploy and maintain a Telecom Knowledge Management repository.
- Perform architectural maturity assessments for customers and opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key client business and IT stakeholders.
- Rapidly prepare enterprise solutions for prospective opportunities.
- Contribute to global thought leadership through white papers and participation in expert communities.
Domain Skills Requirement:
- BSS Expertise: Experience in Retail, Enterprise, and Wholesale Lines of Business for Sales & CRM, CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and more.
- OSS Expertise: Experience in Wired and Wireless Lines of Business for Service Catalog, Order Orchestration, Inventory Management, Network Planning, Fault Management, and Automation.
Certification Requirements:
- TOGAF, Zachman (Any one)
- TM Forum Certification
- ITIL Certification
