Agile Coach Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through their Agile journey, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving business agility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Instil Agile principles and practices across teams and stakeholders
* Coach at both Domain/Group and Squad levels within product and programme delivery programmes
* Navigate a complex and fast-changing landscape to enhance business agility
* Contribute to the delivery of Agile Training School, supporting role-specific training and the development of self-managed learning platforms
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels, shaping their Agile transformation journey
* Utilise data metrics to measure performance, maturity and monitor core KPIs and value across programmes

Requirements:

* Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, with a strong foundation in change management, coaching, mentoring, and training

What You Will Bring:

* A proven track record of driving Agile transformation within a pioneering environment
* Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* A deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
