About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Consultant to join our Change Chapter team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key agent of change, you will play a critical role in driving our HR transformation strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployed to business transformation programmes to provide change management support, delivering programme plans and interventions
  • Facilitation of programme events and workshops to engage stakeholders and drive adoption
  • Creation of user journey maps to inform programme decisions and ensure end-user needs are met
  • Analysis of feedback and adoption metrics to provide meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Collaboration with the wider HR community to upskill and develop change management and agile capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project and change management, with a strong understanding of project planning, benefit realization, and business readiness
  • Strong analytical skills to identify interdependencies and trends, supporting data-driven decision making
  • Event and workshop facilitation experience, with excellent communication and engagement planning skills
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the needs of different business functions
