  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow product portfolio.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prioritize feature development based on business value, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Proven experience in defining product strategies and driving product roadmaps.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong market and customer orientation, with a focus on delivering value and meeting customer needs.
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Product Owner (CPO) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are highly preferred.
