About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Landmark Optimus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our eBay-style online auction service and Auction Legal Packs to estate agents, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in converting these leads into new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the residential property sector, and excellent communication and networking skills. You will be confident in communicating with directors, partners, and trainees alike, and have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through telesales and other activities
  • Promote our online auction service and Auction Legal Packs to estate agents
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into new clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents and other stakeholders
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services
